1. Nature of Service

Appraisal Engine provides professional car appraisal reports for diminished value claims. We are not a law firm, do not offer legal advice, and cannot act on your behalf in insurance matters or legal disputes.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Our appraisal reports are delivered digitally via PDF. Once the product is generated and sent, it is considered delivered and used.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and subjective nature of our services:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Appraisals represent the professional opinion of our appraisers at the time of preparation.

• Once a report is delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked, making refund eligibility inapplicable.

Please ensure you understand your insurance situation and state laws before placing an order.

4. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after receiving a completed appraisal report is considered fraudulent and a violation of this agreement. In such cases:

• We will provide evidence of delivery and documentation to dispute the chargeback.

• We reserve the right to pursue collection or legal remedies, including reporting the matter to credit bureaus and debt recovery services.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Appraisal Engine is not responsible for the outcome of your insurance claim. We do not guarantee a specific financial result. You are solely responsible for how you use the appraisal report, including correspondence with insurance adjusters or legal entities.
