WHEREAS, Client is engaged in a pending legal case and/or lawsuit as a result of injuries arising out of a personal injury or property damage claim; and
WHEREAS, the Client retained Attorney for said claim on a contingency basis; and
WHEREAS, the Attorney requires professional appraisal services to be performed in order to properly adjudicate the case and Client doesn’t have the means to pay for said services upfront;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Attorney requests that the services listed below be performed and the I hereby authorize Appraisal Engine Inc to perform the services listed above and append a lien in the amount listed against the client’s property damage or body injury claim with the cost deferred and paid to company after the case is settled
